Preparation Hydrolysis of malt starch thanks to the use of malted barley enzymes. No refining and no processing agent.
Organic Product Complies with EC regulations on organic products (No 2092/91 of 24.06.91), Ecocert (B) inspection, certificates.
Storage 6 months at normal temperature and 12 months at 12°C
Uses Bread, biscuits, cereal bars, confectionery, cereals, saccharose and honey substitutes for consumers, etc.
