India: United Breweries prices rights issue

United Breweries Ltd, India's biggest beer maker, said it has priced its rights issue at 177 rupees a share, according to Reuters, April 7.

The company said in a statement it would issue one rights share for every nine held.

At 0646 GMT shares in the company were up 4.7 percent at 194.75 rupees.
