India: Barley futures lower on arrival pressure

Barley futures extended their fall for a third day on arrival pressure, analysts said, according to Reuters, April 9.

Arrivals have increased since the beginning of this week in the western state of Rajasthan, which is weighing on prices, they said.

At 10:34 a.m, the most-active May futures NBLK8 on NCDEX was quoted at 1,080.2 rupees per 100 kg, down 2 percent.
