South Africa: United National Breweries confident sales would pick up from July
South Africa’s United National Breweries (UNB) reported a 6% dip in revenue for the six months to January, Business Report communicated on April, 9.
Despite this, the group said it is confident growth would pick up by 3 percent from July.
Kon Scholtz, UNB's executive president, said that during tough times people tended to buy down and UNB wanted to capitalise on this by targeting the black middle class, it is reported.
