World: Malteurop announces the nomination of Daniel Faguer as Chief Executive Officer
Malteurop Groupe, a subsidiary of the agri-industrial group Siclaé, has announced the nomination of Daniel Faguer as Chief Executive Officer, as of 4th April 2011. He will report to Alain Le Floch, Managing Director of Champagne Céréales Group, and Director of Siclaé.
Daniel Faguer’s mission within Malteurop will consist in continuing the Groupe’s profitable growth trend, by strengthening its commercial and industrial positions, and by creating the partnerships necessary for the Groupe’s future developments.
Daniel Faguer has solid experience in General Management in the food industry, acquired in France and abroad with big groups such as Bongrain (cheese and dairy products), Griffith Laboratories (food ingredients), and Kerry Aptunion (processed fruit).
His mission within Malteurop will consist in particular in continuing the Groupe’s profitable growth trend, by strengthening its commercial and industrial positions, and by creating the partnerships necessary for the Groupe’s future developments.
Malteurop is the world’s biggest maltster, with a production capacity of 2.2 million tonnes of malt. The group has an industrial presence in 13 countries (France, Germany, Poland, Russia, Ukraine, Spain, Portugal, Italy, USA, Canada, Australia, New-Zealand and China).
