US, WA: Elysian Brewing Co. to open new production brewery this summer

Elysian Brewing Co., one of the top Washington breweries, which experienced an 82% growth last year, is opening their new production brewery later this summer, seattlepi.com reported on July, 20.

The brewery will have a 35,000 square foot space for a new 60 barrel, 4-vessel system with ten 240-barrel fermenters. Not to mention a bottling line that can produce 12oz and 22oz bottles at a rate of 400 bottles per minute.

The owners of Elysian Brewing plan to double the annual production of these new locations operation in the first year (from roughly 14,500 barrels to 30,000 barrels per year) and to make Elysian the largest brewery in Washington state, with more draft offerings and more beer for its customers.
