Canada, SK: Paddock Wood Brewing releases Sine Nomine

Paddock Wood Brewing has announced the release of a new limited edition – and labour intensive – Belgian-style ale, Canadian Beer News reported on April, 5.

Sine Nomine (Latin for “Without a Name”) is an 8% abv strong ale brewed and bottled in a Champagne-style process.

Sine Nomine is available exclusively at the Paddock Wood brewery store in a limited edition of 1200 750 ml bottles that took three brewery staff two full days to package and label. It is selling for C$18 per bottle while supplies last.
