USA, MI: Griffin Claw Brewing Company to host groundbreaking event

Griffin Claw Brewing Company in Birmingham, Michigan will officially break ground on Thursday, July 12, 2012 introducing the community to the area’s newest brewing and distributing facility, Craftbeer.com reported on July, 05.

Griffin Claw Brewing Company will be the new home for Big Rock Chophouse’s award-winning beer and its Brewmaster, Dan Rogers, who will oversee all the brewing, distributing, and operations of the 12,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility.

The brewery’s energy efficient equipment will include a new style of ceramic coating technology that will be used for insulation. Griffin Claw Brewing Company will also feature a restaurant and beer garden.

The ground-breaking ceremony will be hosted from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., Thursday, July 12, 2012 at 575 S. Eton Street. Guests will enjoy complimentary hors d'oeuvres and beverage favorites prepared by the staff at Big Rock Chophouse and have the opportunity to meet the owners and developers behind Griffin Claw Brewing Company.

Griffin Claw Brewing Company is scheduled to open to the public in March 2013.
