Canada, ON: Steam Whistle starts growler sales and announces Oktoberfest event details

Steam Whistle Brewing announced on August, 24 the start of growler sales at its retail store, and has also unveiled plans for this year’s Oktoberfest celebrations.

The growlers are custom-made 64 ounce jugs with a metal handle, pewter logo medallion and ceramic flip top.
The growlers are available now at the Steam Whistle retail store for C $39.95, and can be brought back to refill for C $11.95.

Also announced this week were details of the popular Steam Whistle Oktoberfest event and associated promotions. The Oktoberfest party will take place at the brewery on Saturday September, 29.

For those not able to make it to the main event, Steam Whistle has partnered with bars and restaurants throughout Ontario, Alberta & BC who will be offering 1 litre steins of Steam Whistle in take home steins. And the stein is also featured along with two 500 ml cans of Steam Whistle Pilsner in an Oktoberfest Gift Pack that will be available for C $14.95 at select LCBO outlets in September and October.
