USA, ME & FL: Sea Dog Brewing Co. to open first brewpub in Florida

Sea Dog Brewing Co., based in Portland, Maine, plans to open its first Florida brewpub in Clearwater in mid-November, Tampa Bay Business Journal reported on October, 25.

The pub will brew beer on site and have some beer shipped in from Maine.

An Orlando Sea Dog location is also scheduled to open this fall.

Sea Dog plans to open additional locations in Florida in the next three to five years. It has three brew pubs in Maine and, through a licensing agreement, four in Massachusetts.
