USA, MA: Boston Beer Co. expects depletions growth of 10%-15% for 2013
Brewery news

With just a few weeks left in 2012, Boston Beer Co. has raised projections on both depletions and earnings for the year, Shanken News Daily reported on December, 13.

After the third quarter, Boston Beer projected earnings per diluted share to be between $3.80 and $4.20 for the full year, with depletions expected to increase by 8%-12%.

However, with fourth-quarter shipment volumes outpacing expectations, and due to the timing of certain expenses, the company is now projecting earnings per diluted share to rise by $4.30-$4.60, while projecting depletions growth of 11%-13%.

Boston Beer also anticipates impressive progress in 2013, with projected depletions growth of 10%-15%.
