Canada, QC: Belgh Brasse to expand

Belgh Brasse, the Western Quebec brewery known for its award winning Mons line-up of brands inspired by classic Abbey ales, has announced plans for a major expansion, Canadian Beer News reported on October, 27.

Set to run until March 2015, the C $7 mln expansion project will add a new brewhouse, 20 new tanks, a new bottling line, and a 10,000 square-foot warehouse to the Belgh Brasse facility.

This growth will add five new job positions at the plant, and will allow the brewery to expand distribution into Europe and the United States.
