USA, WI: Stillmank Brewing expands production capacity by 150 percent
Brewery news

Green Bay-based Stillmank Brewing Company expands production capacity by roughly 150% in its 13th month at their new production facility, Brewbound.com reported on October 1.

“We are a small family beer company that is excited to be a growing part of our community. We are filling kegs and cans to enjoy with our friends and neighbours, while making a large effort to source as many materials from Wisconsin companies as possible,” said Brewer and Owner - Brad Stillmank.

Stillmank Brewing Company is adding new fermenting and bright tanks manufactured by Quality Tank Solutions in Marshfield, Wisconsin. Stillmank Brewing has worked hard to be sure that his beer is not just available locally, but literally born in his community in as many ways as possible. The focus is on keeping it in Wisconsin. With the addition of the new capacity Stillmank Brewing is looking to expand their product line with a year round coffee porter known as “Perky Porter”. There will also be new seasonal beer offerings that will be tailored to, and revolve around the different sports seasons. “Tailgater” a blonde ale will be the first of these offerings to celebrate the 2015 football season.

Stillmank Brewing’s award winning brand “Wisco Disco” has lead the way to this expansion, just over their first year of business in Green Bay. With the expanded capacity Stillmank Brewing is also looking to open new markets in the state. Based in Green Bay they are currently available in only a handful of counties. This added production space may not allow them to fulfil orders from all of Wisconsin. However the Stillmank brands will certainly have a much greater reach across the state than they currently do. Stillmank Brewing’s annual capacity will grow from roughly 1500 to 3700 barrels.

“Nearly everything it takes to make “Wisco Disco” and all the Stillmank brands comes in one way or another from Wisconsin. As a local company, it is very important to us that our local economy thrives along with us. That is why when we look for a new product or service, or new stainless steel beer tanks, we look to Wisconsin first,” commented Brad Stillmank.

“Wisco Disco” is a cold conditioned amber ale brewed with a touch of lactose. This robust ale is wonderfully refreshing, and designed with the intent to be an easy drinking beer
