USA, VT: Foam Brewers to begin serving its beers in Burlington in April

A new brewery is coming to Burlington's waterfront with an expected grand opening planned for the spring of this year.

WPTZ-TV reports partners Todd Haire, Robert Grim and Sam Keane all quit their jobs to create Foam Brewers, which will begin serving new craft beers at its Lake Street location in April.

The group isn't strangers to the brewing industry, with Haire having worked at Magic Hat Brewing Co. for 13 years and Switchback Brewing Co. for four.

Grim says craft beer helps drive tourism in Vermont, which as a state has developed quite a name for itself to beer aficionados.

The group says the combination of a great location, good team and a strong brewing industry in Vermont should make for good business.
