USA, WA: Floating Bridge Brewing launches in Seattle
Very quietly, Seattle’s newest brewery opened its doors on July 21st. Floating Bridge Brewing is located in the University District at the corner of NE 45th Street and 8th Ave., seattlepi.com reported.
The opening lineup included Cascadian Dark Ale, Amber, IPA, Bitter, Juniper Bitter, and a Wheat beer.
According to the company website, they “are a family-owned, family-run artisan brewery. We are excited to be a part of the Renaissance in brewing that is unleashing the creativity of brewers and putting fresh, local beer within walking distance of more and more beer lovers. We have big dreams of staying small and preserving the homebrewing spirit of experimentation, quality and camaraderie.”
The family-friendly taproom is open Thursdays and Fridays 3:00 – 9:00, Saturdays and Sundays 11:00 – 9:00.
