USA, NH: Concord Craft Brewing Co. to open its doors already on January 20
Concord’s first downtown microbrewery launches this weekend.
Concord Craft Brewing Co. will offer its first public tastings of three beers brewed at the 117 Storrs St. site from 3 to 6 p.m. on Friday, January 20 and Saturday, January 21, the Concord Monitor reported.
“We also hope to have some product out in local restaurants and bars by the end of this week as well,” owner Dennis Molnar said.
Molnar termed the event a “soft opening,” because he doesn’t yet have the full slate of six to eight beers that he plans to offer. When those are ready, probably the first week of February, he’ll schedule a “grand opening,” he said.
For now, the craft brewery will offer a porter, a Kölsch and an India pale ale. After the weekend, it’ll begin its regular hours from 3 to 6 p.m., Wednesday to Saturday.
Because of the state’s licensing restrictions, the brewery can serve at most 4 ounces of each beer.
