Brewery news

The Brewers Association (BA)—the not-for-profit trade group representing small and independent craft brewers—on March 15 released its annual lists of the top 50 craft and overall brewing companies in the U.S., based on beer sales volume. Of the top 50 overall brewing companies, 40 were craft brewing companies.1

The top 5 craft breweries are D. G. Yuengling & Son, Inc, Boston Beer Co, Sierra Nevada Brewing Co, New Belgium Brewing Co, and Gambrinus.

The top 5 overall breweries are Anheuser-Busch, Inc, MillerCoors, Pabst Brewing Co, D. G. Yuengling & Son, Inc, and North American Breweries.
