Canada, BC: Crossroads Brewing opens its doors in Prince George
More than a year after it was first announced, a new brewery and restaurant-pub has opened its doors in Prince George, Canadian Beer News reported on March 31.
Founded by principal partners Daryl Leiski and Bjorn Butow, Crossroads Brewing is located at the corner of Fifth Avenue and George Street in the city’s downtown, a location that was shuttered for several years before the brewery moved in.
Crossroads soft opened in mid-March, and is pouring a selection of beers from head brewer Patrick Moore including Alternative Facts Brown Ale, Iron Bridge Oatmeal Stout, Pidherny Pale Ale, Hail Mary IPA, Old Westie Amber Lager, and Clearcut Lager.
