USA, MN: Cold Spring Brewing sold to private equity firm
Cold Spring Brewing has been sold to private equity firm, The Growler reported on August 4.
Brynwood Partners, a Connecticut-based company, announced it has acquired Cold Spring Brewing Company from the Lenore family.
Founded in 1874 in Cold Spring, Minnesota, the company has roughly 350 employees and an annual sales of more than $60 million. Terms of the deal were not disclosed in the press release.
