Canada, ON: Trail’s End Brewing to launch its first brand this coming weekend
A brewery focused on “celebrating German styles of beer, investing in our local community, and having a venue for fun, friends, and family” has announced that it will be launching its first brand this coming weekend in Waterloo, Canadian Beer News reported on January 31.
Trail’s End Brewing is entering the market with Grand Valley Pilsner, which is currently being brewed under contract while scouting is underway for a permanent location.
The beer was previewed at several events and festivals last year in advance of this official launch, and is described as follows:
“Inspired by the simplicity and purity of the German brewing tradition and the rich heritage of Kitchener/Waterloo, we’ve strived to create a beer that is classic, yet unique. Using only 4 natural ingredients found as locally as possible, we then aged it for sooooo long, creating a beer with a malty punch and an über clean finish.”
The launch party for Grand Valley Pilsner will take place at Beertown Waterloo on Saturday February 3rd from 4:00 to 8:00 PM.
