USA, ND: Edwinton Brewing Company finally open in Bismark

Edwinton Brewing Company on Main Avenue in Bismarck is finally open and ready to serve cold brews to the public, KFYR-TV reported on June 28.

The brewery has 12 in house beers they're currently brewing and they're planning to expand that variety to 16.

Dale Zimmerman, the owner of Edwinton Brewing Company, says his brewery differs from any other ones in town.

"Having beer and food is obviously not a new concept, but what we did with our food and what we're doing with our beer is a totally new concept. The decor is all very unique to this building. We wanted to enhance the historical aspects of this building and make it something that all ages can come in and really enjoy some good food and beer," says Zimmerman.
