Canada, ON: Abe Erb Brewing opens third location in Ontario
Abe Erb Brewing has announced the opening of its third location in Ontario’s Waterloo Region, the Canadian Beer News reported on January 21.
Abe Erb at the Mill opened over the weekend in Ayr, a small community near Cambridge in the Township of North Dumfries.
Located in a former feed mill at 143 Northumberland Street, the restaurant and brewpub shares space with the newest outpost of Settlement Coffee Roasters, a café and roastery chain founded by Abe Erb president and CEO Rob Theodosiou.
The new establishment includes a brewhouse producing a rotating selection of beers for the bar, where they will be pouring alongside beers brewed at the other Abe Erb locations in Waterloo and Kitchener. It also offers a larger food selection than the other Abe Erb restaurants, with pizzas and flatbreads added to the menu of burgers, pasta, and other comfort food favourites.
A fourth Abe Erb location – also featuring a Settlement café – is currently under construction in Guelph as part of The Junction, a new mixed-use development in a former CN Rail building.
Abe Erb at the Mill is open from 11:00 AM daily.
