Canada, BC: Tailout Brewing opens its doors in Castlegar
A new brewery dedicated to celebrating “all outdoor adventures in Southern British Columbia, with world class skiing and fishing at the top of the list” is now open in Castlegar, the Canadian Beer News reported on November 8.
Tailout Brewing has been founded by a team that includes Hedin Nelson-Chorney, Kent Kristensen, Mike Davidson, Bruce Watson, and Travis Verbeek, all of them lovers of the local outdoorsy lifestyle.
Open since November 2nd in a location that was previously home to Banjo’s Pub, Tailout’s opening line-up of beers includes Headwaters Pale Ale, Doggon’it ESB, Single Spey IPA, and Bombi Blonde, with the latter also available in a version infused with cold brew coffee and served on nitro.
Tailout Brewing is located at 1810 8th Ave. in Castlegar, and is open from 12:00 noon to 9:00 PM daily except for Tuesday.
