USA, MI: Five Shores Brewing to open soon in Beulah
Five Shores Brewing will soon be opening its doors in Beulah, widening the options for craft brews made in Benzie County, mySanAntonio.com reported on January 20.
Five Shores will be holding its grand opening from 1 to 10 p.m. on Friday, January 24 at its downtown Beulah location. Visitors will be able to try the brewery's first five beer selections, as well as enjoy wine, cider, mead, sparkling wine, soda, lemonaid and kombucha.
There will be a heated overflow tent on the premises as well, where there will be several beer selections available for those waiting to get into the brewery, if traffic is heavy.
"We just want people to enjoy the space, take a look at what we've done and try the beers," said Oliver Roberts, brewmaster and co-founder of Five Shores. "We'll let the beers do the talking."
Roberts said Five Shores is focused on modern, contemporary style beers, such as IPAs, lagers and a few session beers.
There also will be a limited food menu, with more lunch and dinner options coming in the future.
Five Shores was created as a company in 2017, and the renovation of the building housing the brewery began April 1, 2019.
After the grand opening, Five Shores will be open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Thursday through Saturday, and from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Sunday and Monday.
