USA, NC: Vaulted Oak Brewing to open to public on June 8
Vaulted Oak Brewing, a new brewery in the Echo Hills and Oakhurst neighborhoods of East Charlotte, is set to open to the public on June 8, the South Charlotte Weekly reported on May 25.
The brewing area overlooks the taproom, located at 3726 Monroe Road, and houses a seven-barrel direct fire system, along with two seven-barrel fermenters and two 15-barrel fermenters.
Six to eight beers will be on tap to start and includes a blonde ale, stout, IPA, pineapple gose, saison and pilsner collaboration with Hoptown Brewing Company. In addition to beer, Vaulted Oak is also serving up local kombucha and cider, wines and house-made non-alcoholic beverages.
Guests are welcome to enjoy outside food inside the brewery, with Sal’s Pizza Factory across the street offering an option during the week. Food trucks will be on-site during the weekends, with a line-up over the next few months including Messy Madison Pop Up, Bae’s Burgers, Taco Green-Go, TIN Kitchen, B Cooks, Cousins Maine Lobster and Tacos Don Coyotl.
“The support from the community as we worked toward opening has been phenomenal and we are so excited to officially open our doors,” said founder Kiel Arrington. “We look forward to being a gathering space where the East Charlotte community can simply relax in a fun atmosphere while enjoying a great beer.”
Vaulted Oak Brewing will be open Monday through Friday from 2 to 10 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from noon to 10 p.m.
