USA, NJ: Flounder Brewery already open in Hillsborough

Flounder Brewery held a ribbon cutting on Sunday, June 27 celebrating the official grand opening at their new location on the Carriage Farm property in Hillsborough, Patch.com reported.

"It's really exciting to finally open the new spot, we've had this exact vision for Flounder Brewing's home since we started home brewing over 15 years ago and opened Flounder Brewing 8 years ago. To finally see people sitting in this amazing space enjoying our beers has been a long time coming, and we love it!" said Jeremy Lees, owner of Flounder Brewing.

Lees partnered with Carriage Farm in Hillsborough to expand their product. Flounder moved into one of the barns on the Carriage Farm property at 2 Clerico Lane.

Flounder held a soft opening in early June and now has new hours with no signups required. The new hours are:

Thursday 5 to 8 p.m.
Friday 2 to 9 p.m.
Saturday Noon to 9 p.m.
Sunday Noon to 8 p.m.
