USA: January-September and September alone beer shipments estimated to have declined versus last year

The US Beer Institute published on October 25 an unofficial estimate of domestic tax paid shipments by beer brewers for September 2022.

The September 2022 estimate is 14,400,000 barrels, a decrease of 0.9% compared to September 2021 removals of 14,525,748.

The January-September volume is reported at 124,363,330 barrels, down 3.9% as compared to the same period last year.
