Brewery news

India’s largest brewpub chain The Brew Estate has announced plans to enter the Canadian market, with a promise to offer “a wide range of craft beers with tempting flavors and a unique experience to Canadian beer enthusiasts”, the Canadian Beer News reported on May 5.

The first location will be opening this summer in Surrey, BC, and the company also has its sights set on establishing outposts in Langley, Vancouver, Victoria, Kelowna, Calgary, Edmonton, Mississauga, Brampton, Toronto, and Montreal.

“We are thrilled to be launching The Brew Estate in Canada, and we look forward to bringing our unique flavors and brewing techniques to Canadian beer enthusiasts,” said Arundeep Singla, founder of The Brew Estate, in a statement. “Our team has worked tirelessly to create a brewery that showcases the best of Indian craft brewing, and we can’t wait to share it with our new customers in Canada.”

The Brew Estate currently has 12 locations in India, with a 13th soon to open, and a target to have 30 outlets in operation throughout India by 2025.

The Brew Estate Surrey will be located at Unit 107-109, 8910 120 Street, and is expected to open in July.
