Yorkholo Brewing Company, a brewery and restaurant located in Mansfield, Pennsylvania, has been listed for sale, MyTwinTiers.com reported on June 26.
On Wednesday, June 25, Cowanesque Lake Realty, LLC, posted a listing for the restaurant and brewery on its Facebook page, indicating that it had been posted for sale. Further investigation into the listing determined that the building was first listed for sale by the real estate company in August of 2024.

Yorkholo, which is pronounced “York Hollow” according to its website, is owned by brewer Jarrod York, who graduated from Mansfield University with a degree in biology before pursuing further schooling and work experience before opening his own business.
According to the website, the brewery is named after the York family dairy farm that was established in 1861. The restaurant’s signature logo depicts Ralph York, who ran the dairy farm for his entire life.
At this time, it is unknown why the business has been posted for sale.
