USA, WI: Clockwork Brewing & Blending coming to Menomonee Falls
Brewery news

A new high-tech brewery and taproom could soon be coming to Menomonee Falls. Clockwork Brewing & Blending has submitted plans for a production facility, warehouse, and taproom at W127-N8503 Old Orchard Road, just south of Dretzka Park. The land is owned by Timecrafted Properties, gmtoday.com reported on June 27.

The proposed facility would serve as the new headquarters for Clockwork Brewing & Blending and include a 12,100-square-foot building designed for both brewing operations and community engagement. Future expansion of 5,000 to 10,000 square feet is already being considered.

Most of the space will be dedicated to beer production and warehousing, with approximately 3,000 square feet reserved for a public taproom and seating area. A 2,000-square-foot mezzanine is planned for occasional events, and a 1,500-square-foot outdoor patio would offer seasonal seating.

"The front façades, (northeast and southeast) facing Old Orchard Road, have been designed to show a welcoming, predominantly glass and precast structure with clear entry points and ample on-site parking. Additional direct outdoor access ties the front façades into the landscape/ patio," meeting documents said.

The business expects to employ 20 to 30 people and aims to distribute its beer regionally. Daily operations would run from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., including weekends. The facility anticipates light truck traffic, with one to two deliveries per day. In addition to the main building, the site plan includes two parking areas with a total of 96 spaces, an on-site stormwater basin, and designated landscaping. On Monday, the proposal received conditional approval from the Menomonee Falls Architectural Control Board.
