Canada: Molson Coors Brewing Company announces quarterly dividend

Molson Coors Brewing Company declared on November 11 a quarterly dividend of US$0.32 per share, payable December 15, 2005, to shareholders of record November 30, 2005. The quarterly dividend is payable to holders of Class "A" and Class "B" common stock of Molson Coors Brewing Company, as well as to holders of Class "A" and Class "B" exchangeable shares of Molson Coors Canada Inc.

For Canadian holders of exchangeable shares, the dividend amount will be paid in Canadian dollars using the exchange rate set by the Bank of Canada at noon on November 10th, 2005.

Molson Coors Brewing Company is the fifth largest brewer in the world. It brews, markets and sells a portfolio of leading premium quality brands such as Coors Light, Molson Canadian, Molson Dry, Carling, Kaiser, Coors, and Keystone Light.
