USA: Granite City Food & Brewery CFO Daniel Bauer resigns, effective August 11

Granite City Food & Brewery Ltd. said August 11 that Daniel Bauer has resigned as its Chief Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer, effective August 11, 2006. He will continue to assist the Company through a transition period, RTTNews released August 11.

Steven Wagenheim, President of Granite City Food & Brewery, stated: " We regret the departure of Dan, who made significant contributions to our Company during his tenure and who also demonstrated a keen knowledge of our industry. We wish him well in his endeavours in the Atlanta, Georgia area."

According to Reuters release of August 14, Granite City Food & Brewery Ltd. named Peter Hausback as its new chief financial officer, effective Aug. 14.

In a statement, the operator of casual dining restaurants said Hausback succeeds Daniel Bauer. Prior to joining Granite City, Hausback served as vice president and chief accounting officer of NightHawk Radiology Holdings Inc.
