Investigations into selected mycotoxins in barley, malt and wheat

DESCRIPTION:
This is the final report of a 24 month project which started in July 2004. The work was carried out by
Brewing Research International, and was funded by a contract of GBP 81,481 from HGCA (Project No.
3005), and industrial contributions from Brewing Research International (GBP 41,522), MAGB (GBP 5,000,
in-kind) and nabim (GBP 3,000 in-kind), making a total of GB P131,003.
The Home-Grown Cereals Authority (HGCA) has provided funding for this project but has not conducted the
research or written this report. While the authors have worked on the best information available to them, neither
HGCA nor the authors shall in any event be liable for any loss, damage or injury howsoever suffered directly or indirectly in relation to the report or the research on which it is based.
