The Braided River Brewing Company announced on December 20 they will be moving to Downtown Mobile, WKRG News 5 reported on December 21.

On a Facebook post, the company shared they are renovating part of the historic Wheeler Building.

"The brewery will occupy part of the ground floor of the building, with the taproom located right on the corner of St Louis and Hamilton," the post says.

Braided River Brewing Company says construction is ongoing. It is expected to be complete by late 2019.
