Australia: Foster's says no plans to separate wine and beer businesses

Foster's Group Ltd, the world's second-largest wine company, said it had no plans to separate its wine and beer businesses, according to Reuters, October 31.

Chairman Frank Swan told shareholders at a meeting there were no plans to split its two key units.

He was responding to suggestions by some analysts and local media reports the operations may be separated.
