Soufflet won last years tender. where the estimated market price was 650millions. All creditors will gain 100% of their outstanding debts and after reduction of all tender cost. there will be still millions left to pay shareholders. The biggest creditor of Kromìøíž Maltings was Tchecomalt group. with an outstanding debt of 728 millions. But Tchecomalt will have to wait for its money. since this debt was rejected by bankrupt Moravian Maltings Kromìøíž. even though this claim was acknowledged by administrator in bankruptcy Funk.
