UK: EU inquiry deadline into SABMiller, Molson Coors joint venture April 4, 2008

The European Commission said the deadline for its inquiry into SABMiller PLC and Molson Coors Brewing Co's proposed joint venture to merge units from US and Puerto Rican operations is set for April 4, according to Thomson Financial, February 28.

The new company will be called MillerCoors.
