Luxembourg: Wernelin sells 250,000 InBev shares for 15.1 million euro
Luxembourg holding company Wernelin SA has sold 250,000 shares in Belgian brewer InBev NV for 15,144,250 euro, market regulator CBFA said, according to Thomson Financial, March 4.
The sale values each InBev share at 60.58 euro, compared with last night's closing price of 60.48 euro.
The Wernelin family is one of the main shareholders in InBev. It divested 200 mln euro of its stake last year, financial daily De Tijd reported, without mentioning the family's current total stake.
