Belgium: Brussels shares close higher, InBev leads blue-chips

Shares closed higher tracking Wall Street gains with brewer InBev leading the blue-chip index upwards, Thomson Financial News reported May 19.

At the close, the Bel 20 was 47.45 points or 1.25 percent higher at 3,843.78.

InBev rose 2.13 euros or 4.23 percent to 52.50 euros.
