Russia: Baltika Breweries announces a new Board of Directors influenced by changes in shareholders structure

The Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting of Baltika Breweries passed a resolution terminating the powers of the former Board of Directors and elected new members, the company’s official site published on August 14.

The decision resulted from changes in the brewer’s shareholders’ structure.

The members of the new Board of Directors are as follows:
