Belgium: AB InBev’s shareholders approve 2008 dividend

Anheuser-Busch InBev announced on April, 28 that the General Shareholders Meeting the same day has approved the annual accounts 2008 ended December 31, 2008, as well as the gross dividend of 0.28 euro proposed by the Board of Directors.

“The shares will trade ex-coupon as of 29 April 2009 and dividends will be payable as from 5 May 2009 at the counters of Fortis Bank (Paying Agent) upon presentation of coupon n° 10,” the brewing giant posted on its website.
