The Polish beer maker Strzelec Brok is to issue between 5 million and 25 million shares, the company's CEO Adam Borodowski said on September 16, according to the Polish media. However, the plan still needs to be approved by Brok Strzelec's shareholders at the general meeting in October. Meanwhile, the company's supervisory board has already agreed to the plan. The money raised by the issue will be used to repay debts.
