Serbia: Government rises excise on beer

Following a government decision on 21 January, Serbia’s excise duties on alcoholic beverages increased by 10.37% as of 23 January 2010, the Brewers of Europe reported on January, 26.

For beer, the excise duty has been increased from 15 to 16.56 dinars per litre.
