EU commission pass on to Carlsberg breweries a “ Statement of Objections” , in which the Danish giant is accused of having had an agreement with Heineken, having the purpose to reduce the competition in their home countries. Carlsberg declines this claim and has declared that after studying in depth the respective statement, it will present an official reply .
