Ukraine: Beer prices may increase by 12-15% in the nearest future

Prices of beer in Ukraine may increase by minimum 12-15% in the nearest future, Ura-Inform cited Igor Tikhonov, General Manager of Miller Brands Ukraine, on March, 29.

According to Mr. Tikhonov, as from January 2011, the nation’s maltsters increased the prices of their products by 50%. “That is why a beer price hike is inevitable,” he said.
