Germany: Radeberger Group still considering price increases

Radeberger Group of Frankfurt, Germany’s No.1 beer maker, is still considering price increases, the company said on August, 5.

According to Birte Kleppien, the brewery group's press spokesperson cited by Beverage Manager Global, the issue is by no means off the table, but is instead still on the agenda.

Not much was changed by the "critical observation" of the costs of raw materials and energy announced earlier in the year. It's true that the first half of the year went considerably better than initially expected, "but the year is not yet over", Birte Kleppien said.
