USA, FL: A new brewery to open in Orlando by 2012

Fans of Orange Blossom Pilsner (OBP), Toasted Coconut Porter and Orange Blossom Pilsner Squared, will be happy to hear the creator of those brews, Tom Moench, will be opening a brewery in Orlando at the beginning of 2012, Orlando Sentinel.com reported on August, 3.

Moench says he’s looking at three places right now and is “gathering money up” and working on a lot of the paperwork. The brewery will be in Orlando. The requirement for location was that “the brewery had to be 10 minutes from my home,” says Moench. Regardless, of where he chooses, the spot will definitely have a tasting room.

As far as name, he’s about 99 percent sure that the new brewery will be called Unique Brewing Company.
