USA, WA: Elysian Brewing presents a new seasonal beer

Elysian Brewing and Tom Douglas Restaurants’ Prosser Farm have teamed up to create Saison of the Witch, a pumpkin saison–just in time for Oktoberfest activities and harvest pairings in the restaurants, The Full Pint reported on September, 20.

The brew will be available at many of the Tom Douglas restaurants for the month of October (or as long as it lasts!). The debut of Saison of the Witch was scheduled on September 20, at the Oktoberfest dinner at Brave Horse Tavern. The company-wide debut of the beer will be Friday, October 2.

Elysian Brewing Company operates three neighborhood brewpubs and a production brewery in Seattle. Known for variety, they have brewed more than 200 different beers from classic to experimental since opening in 1996.
