Canada, BC: Phillips Brewing to release a new seasonal beer

Phillips Brewing has announced the release of a unique new seasonal beer that takes inspiration from a time long gone – Phillips Old Sarsaparilla, Canadian Beer News reported on November, 21.

Sarsaparilla is a concoction brewed from roots said to contain healing properties. Phillips’ Old Sarsaparilla is a revitalization of this Western classic.

Phillips Old Sarsaparilla is available in 650 ml bottles at the Phillips retail store, and at select liquor stores and bars in BC.
