Scottish & Newcastle announced on January 16 that Henry Fairweather, Group Human Resources Director would be taking early retirement at his own request later this year. He joined the company in 1969 and has been a board director of Scottish & Newcastle since 1986.The recruitment of a new HR Director will begin immediately. Henry will retire when his successor is established in the post.
